Their responsibilities were taken over by Clinical Commissioning Groups and the NHS Trust Development Authority.

Aldershot Centre for Health, opened in 2008, is a new purpose-built health centre for the population of Aldershot.

It combines Army and NHS primary medical services and replaced the old Aldershot Health Centre, the Cambridge Military Hospital and Aldershot Garrison medical facilities.

The Centre for Health brings together GPs, dental services, clinicians, counsellors, community nurses, Army doctors and a pharmacy.
